Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic -- crushed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Warm olive oil and garlic in saute pan to meld flavors together
  3. Roll the chicken around in the oil abd garlic mixture
  4. Coat with parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook for 35 minutes at 425
