Clocking in about 400 calories:
2 slices whole-grain bread
1 1/2 oz. ham
1 oz. slice low-fat Swiss cheese
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 cup red grapes, halved
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
Choose a bread with fewer than 100 calories a slice.
Make sandwich with bread, ham, cheese, spinach and mustard.
Toss grapes with almonds and mint.
