3 cloves garlic -- crushed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Warm olive oil and garlic in saute pan to meld flavors together
- Roll the chicken around in the oil abd garlic mixture
- Coat with parmesan cheese.
- Cook for 35 minutes at 425
