INGREDIENTS
- 2.5-3lb Pot Roast
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 cups Sliced Carrots
- 2 oz Red Wine (optional)
- 1 cup Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Brown roast in a skillet to lock in juices
- Cut up Potatoes and Onion. Then add to the bottom of the crockpot
- Lay roast on top of potatoes and onion, then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Add water and wine
- Cook for 7 hours on low
- Add carrots
- Coof 1 hour on low
